Purchaser Terms & Conditions
Toi Ngāpuhi has done its best to accurately describe and photograph the items available on the online gallery, however there may be some differences in the colour of the items due to the differences on screen. In making your purchase you accept that there could me some variation in colour in your purchase.
Toi Ngāpuhi is facilitating the sale of the items on behalf of the Artist of this Online Gallery and does not take any responsibility for any errors in the description of the items from the Artist.
Packing and shipping are calculated at an additional cost to the product and will be added to the purchase price. You agree to take responsibility for shipping once the details of shipping have been provided to you. Any issues of non delivery or damaged goods need to be raised with the shipping company and Artist.
Items are sold on a no return basis unless they are unfit for purpose as covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We reserve the right to repair or replace the goods in the first instance before a refund is provided.
As Toi Ngāpuhi is a support agency for artists we request if you share the work you have purchased on social media that you also name the artist responsible for that work and respect the intellectual property of the artist who created the item.
We can only provide for the costs of shipping within New Zealand. If you would like to purchase an item from overseas please email us on info@toingapuhi.co.nz for a quote for shipping to your country.
During the purchase process you will provide to us personal information for the purpose of purchasing your item. We will take due care with your information; however in providing this information to us you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or malware.
The payment system is run by third party providers and we do not have access to your credit card details and will not store these for any purchase. Any refunds will require you to provide us with these details and they will be stored confidentially.
By agreeing to become part of our mailing list you agree that we will send you promotional material from time to time. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.
